"RefTracker DeskStats Online" is a version of RefTracker that only contains the DeskStats electronic tick sheet functionality (and statistical reporting for DeskStats). You have your own RefTracker system so it is fully customisable to meet your needs, but, as a hosted and supported system, there is no need for your IT department to provide any sort of support.

No matter what the service you want to count (circulation, reference and document delivery functions for example), or how it is delivered (phone, letter, in person, or by electronic services like Email or Instant Messaging), DeskStats Online can record it.
